Debt Forgiveness and License Restoration

Good news!

The Governor issued an order in December 2022 to forgive all fines associated with minor traffic violations for about 7,000 Oregonians. The Governor’s order tells courts across the state to wipe the debts off the books and notify the Oregon DMV that any suspension related to the debt should be lifted.
